This month we're spotlighting the beauty of creative community!

Do you ever feel like you're stuck in a creative echo chamber? A little space of your own, where your own creative ideas bounce around the room and just come back to you? This term was brought up in our online community and it has got us thinking a lot.

Many of us work by ourselves, needing solo time to nurture our own creativity and process. It's vital to understanding ourselves and the work we want to put out to the world. And yet, there are moments where we question our own work.

Is my work any good? Am I on the right track? Have I lost my way?

Working by yourself is amazing — until it's not.

We hope that TDK gives you all a space to find connection, friendship and even guidance when you need it. We are always thinking of how we can create moments of connection and inspiration. Whether it is being part of the online community, attending your local #TDKtuesday event, signing up for a mentorship session, resources, interviews or joining in on our new Community Hangouts where you can share stories, ask questions and build relationships.

This month we introduce our newest City Hosts — amazing creatives who will be building community by organising events for you from New York to Jakarta.

Paulomi Mukherjee ​New York​ ​ NYC based Art Director by day, content conjurer by night. Graduated from Boston University with a Master’s in Advertising and BFA in Animation from Savannah College of Art and Design, but most importantly with a minor in "figuring it out as I go." I make ideas look good, scroll for “research,” and believe every great concept starts with a Post-it and mild panic. Andre Edfan Jakarta, Indonesia ​ My name is Andre and I am the founder of Yord, a brand- building company. During an intern interview, someone asked me, “What’s your studio’s role in the industry?” and the question caught me off guard! Our studio is not the craftiest nor the most resourceful, but we have one thing that defines us—a passion for learning and teaching. This is why we run design education initiatives while taking on client work that keep the lights on. ​Say hi to Andre via the TDK Community​

Coshelle Browne Atlanta, USA ​ I’m a brand designer based in Atlanta with a growing passion for creating community and amplifying culture. While I’m just emerging in the design space, I’m incredibly resourceful and well-connected across the city. I love making meaningful connections and know how to bring the right people into a room. Whether it’s sharing resources, spotlighting local talent, or curating a vibe, I’m all about building spaces where creative energy can thrive. ​Say hi to Coshelle via the TDK Community​

Anna Clark Berlin, Germany ​ Collaborative creator, holistic thinker, purposeful designer. As a kid, I wanted to be a scientist or artist. Design feels like the perfect combination of both – following structured processes while staying curious and creative. ​Community Hangouts: Meet, Connect, Chat: Our Community Hangouts are a relaxed, no-pressure way to connect with fellow creatives around the world.

Every two weeks, 8 people (max) jump into a one-hour video call to share stories, ask questions, and build relationships that go beyond the algorithm. No agenda. Just real talk, creative energy, and good people. Two time-slots available to accommodate time zones.

🎟 Spots are limited to 8—so we can keep it small, meaningful, and human.
